paiN Gaming mostrou superioridade a todos os outros times na Brazil Game Cup derrotando seus grandes rivais : Isurus Gaming na grande final, ganhando um prêmio de R$16,500. A BGC foi um grande negócio para o DOTA2 da América do Sul, atraindo grandes patrocinadores e uma multidão de fãs.

Nós tivemos as maiores equipes da América do Sul brigando pelo maior prêmio, essa foi a maior competição que tivemos no Brasil, foi gigante."

"É sempre bom nós termos grandes competições no nosso país, quase todos que estavam ali presentes, estavam torcendo por nós, aquilo era a prova de que nós tinhamos que vencer," Então, qual o maior no DOTA2 da América do Sul "Brazil e Peru, mas os argentinos da Isurus mostraram ser muito fortes também, brigando pelo titulo de melhor time da AS.

A BGS foi o grande evento para patrocinadores em busca de times para patrocinar, e a procura foi grande. "The tournment in general was better than we expected. It was the first time a tournment like this was made in Brazil for Dota 2," said Fábio "Sardao" Santos, one of the commentators for the event. "The top 8 team in South America were invited with every single detail paid by the tournment, everything to make them feel comfortable. PaiN gaming were popular amongst the audience

The Brazil DOTA2 Game Cup - which was the first of its kind in Brasil, was part of the Brasil Game Show, an annual convention that has grown exponentially in popularity every year since its creation in 2009. Five years ago the first installment only attracted 4,000 visitors, but the event over the weekend attracted huge popularity. "The main event (Brasil Game Show) attracted over 250,000 visitors over the course of the four days, with 200,000 attending over the weekend. The area for Brazil DOTA2 Game Cup had a huge space with 4,000 seats that were completely full over the weekend."

Runners-up Isurus Gaming

PaiN Gaming made headlines recently after their performance in the D2CL, reaching the playoffs and almost sending SNA - the eventual winners, into the lower bracket in the first round.
